HOW TO STAY HEALTHY
A change of season calls for a change in routine, a revamped diet, and of course, a new exercise regimen that suits the weather.

  1. PRACTICE LIGHT AND GOOD EATING HABITS:
Eat light, little and frequent meals. Hefty meals with a lot of carbs and fats bring about a great deal of warmth in the body. Focus on fresh vegetables and fruits that have high water content – like oranges, watermelon, tomatoes, cucumber, apples, celery, lettuce, peaches,, broth, zucchini and so on.
  2. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER:
Warmth and sweat in the mid year months can leave your body dried out, causing undesirable wellbeing results like fever and chills. Keep yourself very much hydrated by drinking no less than 2 to 3 liters of water each day.
  3. STAY AWAY FROM OUTSIDE FOOD:
Roadside food can be sullied and may prompt foodborne diseases. Additionally in the late spring heat in case food isn’t put away as expected it might get spoilt and lead to a stomach contamination.
  4. TREAT YOUR EYES WELL:
Shield your vision from the unforgiving daylight at work and at play, wear defensive eyewear. At the point when outside, wear sunglasses that block at least 99% of UV rays.
  5. AVOID ALCOHOL AND CAFFEINE:
Alcohol, fizzy drinks and coffee all can leave you dehydrated quickly. If at all possible, try to reduce the amount of these favourite beverages, especially during hot weather. Plain or flavoured water is a good substitute.
