It is used for secretolytic therapy in bronchopulmonary diseases associated with abnormal mucus secretion and impaired mucus transport. It promotes mucus clearance, facilitates expectoration and eases productive cough, allowing patients to breath freely and deeply. This syrup is used to prevent and treat wheezing, shortness of breath, and chest tightness caused by asthma, chronic bronchitis and emphysema. Terbutaline is in a class of medications called beta agonists. It works by relaxing and opening the air-ways, making it easier to breath.

USES:
Ambroxol + Guaifenesin + Terbutaline Sulphate is a combination of three medicines: Ambroxol , Guaifenesin and Terbutaline, which relieves cough with mucus. Ambroxol is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Guaifenesin is an expectorant which decreases the stickiness of mucus (phlegm) and helps in its removal from the airways. Terbutaline is a bronchodilator. It works by relaxing the muscles in the airways and widens the airways. Together, they make breathing easier.
COMPOSITION:
Each 5 ml. contains:
Ambroxol Hydrochloride I.P. 15 mg.
Terbutaline Sulphate I.P. 1.25 mg.
Guaiphenesin I.P. 50 mg.
